Consumers or other victims who suffer personal or property damage due to commodity defects may claim compensation from sellers or producers. When consumers receive services, their legitimate rights and interests are damaged, and they can claim compensation from the service providers.

If the consumer thinks that the goods are defective and asks for a return, according to the principle of "whoever advocates it will give evidence", the consumer must provide sufficient and powerful evidence before the merchant can bear the liability for breach of contract on the quality of the contract products, so the Consumer Protection Law also protects the merchant on the one hand.

The Law on Public Security Administration Punishment also protects consumers from unreasonable troubles or businesses that eat overlord meals. According to Article 23 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be given a warning or fined not more than 200 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for more than 5 days 10 days, and may also be fined up to 500 yuan:

(5) disturbing the election order conducted according to law.
