Today, we hold a memorial ceremony here to express our condolences. With my deepest thoughts on my grandfather Liu Yingbai, please allow me to express my deep gratitude on behalf of my father, uncle, eldest lady, young lady and the whole family for taking time out of their busy schedules to attend my grandfather’s memorial service.

My grandfather has been engaged in accounting work all his life. He has always adhered to the principle of "working diligently and being honest". He has been conscientious, hard-working, meticulous, and striving for excellence in his ordinary work, and has devoted his whole life to accounting work. .

My grandfather was diligent and studious all his life, and he was knowledgeable about the past and present. He was quite accomplished in ancient Chinese, ancient literature, ancient poetry, epigraphy, stone and seal cutting. After retirement, relying on his profound knowledge in the fields of ancient Chinese and ancient literature, he actively participated in the activities of the Southern Society Research Society and the Modern Chinese Literature Research Society, and devoted himself to the research of historical materials of the Chinese Democratic Revolution. Even in his twilight years, he continued to write. He wrote and published a series of related monographs and articles, making contributions to the study of the modern history of my country’s democratic revolution.

My grandfather’s hard-working and tireless teaching style is a role model for our descendants. Under the guidance and influence of my grandfather, our whole family will definitely advance in engineering technology, science, education, culture and health, and the country. Please rest assured that your grandfather will work diligently and diligently in his/her respective work positions such as the government agencies.

My grandfather understood the righteousness well and actively supported and encouraged my father and uncle to work in other places.
