Why can't Huawei mobile phones download MMS?

Please confirm whether the MMS settings of the mobile phone are normal, enter the wireless and network settings, and set the access point in the mobile network. If there is no access point information, please add APN manually and contact the local operator for relevant information.

Please confirm that the signal strength of the mobile phone is in a normal state. If the cell phone has no signal or weak signal, please go to a place with strong signal and try again.

Check the memory space of the mobile phone to confirm whether the mobile phone has enough space to receive information. If the space is insufficient, please clean up the mobile phone space, enter the storage option in the settings, and check the internal storage space of the mobile phone and the status information of the SD card space;

Whether the sending and receiving of SMS is normal or check whether the number of SMS center is correct. (Telecom version does not need to set SMS center number)

Turn on the option to always receive multimedia messages. (System Settings >> "All Settings" > >; "mobile network" > >; "Always accept MMS")

Ask the operator whether to open the mobile Internet service. MMS can only be sent successfully if it has the function of "surfing the Internet by mobile phone", but it will not generate traffic charges, and operators will charge according to the number of messages.

Whether the selected attachment is too large or not, operators generally have strict size restrictions on the pictures sent by MMS. Please consult the operator for details.
