Apple 5S sends a message from the call record, and the editing interface cannot appear!

The classification information of your number 10086 is set incorrectly.

It's not set as "mobile phone", so you can't send text messages to this number.

The modification method is:

1. Edit the address book contact of "China Mobile Customer"

2. Click the category before the number 10086 (it seems to be "telephone", which should be set by yourself).

3. In the expanded category, select "Mobile Phone" and click "Finish" in the upper right corner.

4. Then, you can send a message to 10086 (there will be an additional message icon to the left of the phone icon).

If you want to send a message to any number, you have to set its classification to "mobile phone" or "iPhone".
