Why are there always 2 unread messages displayed on my mobile phone? What should I do?

If the number is displayed on the SMS icon of your mobile phone and cannot be cancelled, please solve it as follows:

1. Turn off reservationless activities in the developer options, and turn off reservationless activities in the application-settings-developer options (some model developer options are hidden).

2. It may be caused by information data error. Click Application-Settings-(More/General)-Application Manager-All-Information-Clear Data.

3. Please update the mobile phone software to the latest version, and apply-Settings-My Device-System Update (pay attention to backup the important data of the mobile phone).

4. If not, please back up the data of the mobile phone and restore the factory settings of the mobile phone (Settings-Reset/Privacy-Restore Factory Settings).

If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung Service Center for inspection.
