What is the relationship between the use of punctuation marks in chat typing and people's personality?

Every sentence is followed by a pause, or a full stop, or there is only one line when it is sent, but each line will have a comma. At first glance, I think the other person should have a low level of education, because most people, no matter what their major, will have a basic Chinese foundation.
