After entering the SMS Settings menu, find the "SMS Center" as shown below (note that different mobile phone models have different locations).

Note that if there is no problem with the cell phone signal, you can't send a short message, the number doesn't exist, or the other party's network signal is not good, it will lead to the failure of sending. Or you can't send a short message during the current call.
