How to remove privacy and encryption on vivo mobile phone

You can refer to the following methods to cancel encryption:

1. Cancel software encryption

Origin?OS/iQOO?UI/Funtouch?OS?3.0 or above:

(1) iButler--Utility--Privacy Protection--Application Encryption--Enter the privacy password--Application Encryption--the switch after closing the software.

(2) Enter Settings--Fingerprint, Face and Password/Fingerprint and Password/Face and Password--Privacy and Application Encryption--Enter the privacy password--App Encryption--Turn off the switch at the back of the software. Funtouch?OS?Below 3.0: Enter "i Butler"--Software Management--Software Lock--Enter the encryption password--click "Locked" to cancel.

2. Unencrypt files
