The Supplementary Medical Insurance Blue Card is a powerful supplementary service in the "Yongjun Huijun Health Protection Plan" for medical reimbursement within and outside social security. The "Insurance Blue Card" uses innovative Internet technology to unite many well-known listed pharmaceutical companies , the three major state-owned insurance units of China Taiping, China PICC, and China Life, provide comprehensive medical supplementary reimbursement services within and outside social security, in-hospital, and out-of-hospital.

The blue card is a free public welfare insurance with a one-year warranty starting from the date of normal use. In order to provide users with a better user experience and avoid network congestion caused by centralized activation and the uneven distribution of customer service resources, starting from 0:00 on April 1, 2022, activation will be launched in batches in 6 provinces.
