What if the text message can't be opened?

If you can't open the received SMS, it is recommended to perform the following steps:

1. Try viewing other messages. Some text messages may have compatibility problems.

2. If the SMS in the mobile phone can't be opened, it is recommended to enter the application, click Settings, enter the application manager, open the information and clear the data;

3. Back up the data in the mobile phone, such as address book and multimedia files, and restore the mobile phone to the factory settings;

4. Check whether the mobile phone has firmware or system push notification. If yes, please upgrade your phone to the latest version;

5. If the problem still exists, it is suggested to send the mobile phone to the nearest after-sales service center for testing with the purchase invoice and three-guarantee certificate.
