There is no card 2 service on your mobile phone. I suggest you:

1. Try to plug the mobile phone card again.

2. Try to change the geographical location.

3. Try to replace other mobile phone cards.

4. Back up data (contacts, information, photos, etc.). ) and try to restore the factory settings.
