How to open the SMS reminder of CCB

There are two ways to remind CCB by SMS: counter cartoon and mobile phone. Introduce the following methods:

Counter opening process:

1. Bring valid identity documents and bank cards to the local bank outlets;

2. Fill in a business application form, select "SMS Reminder" in the column of business application, and attach the commonly used mobile phone number to receive SMS;

3. Submit the bank card, original ID card and business application form;

4. Enter the mobile phone number and verification code as required;

5. You can start the SMS reminder service.

Mobile phone turned on:

1. Call 95533 (CCB customer service phone), and the telephone bank will sign the mobile messenger manually;

2. According to the prompt, provide the bank card number and appropriate identity information, and you can open it.

Note: SMS reminder is a paid service. Generally, it is valid for one year, and the service fee is two yuan per month, which is deducted every month. After one year, you need to apply for the service again before you can continue to use it. If online banking is opened, you can renew the fee in online banking.
