ICBC online banking self-service;

After logging in to ICBC Online Banking, click ICBC Messenger and select Customize on the right side of "Balance Change Reminder".

According to the prompt, select the account for which you want to customize the balance change reminder, and enter relevant information. If you need to display the account balance in the SMS, remember to tick "Account Balance" on the right.
