Why hasn't ICBC received the account for two hours?

It usually takes two hours to transfer money to the account. If it does not arrive, there may be the following reasons:

It may have been transferred, but there is no SMS notification;

It is also possible that there is no transfer, and the account number is wrong and not filled in;

It may also be a rest day transfer, and the banking system did not handle it in time.
