How to report spam messages?

1. Open WeChat first, click the "I" button in the menu bar below, and then click the "Wallet" button.

2. Find "City Service" on the "My Wallet" page and click Open.

3. Find "Life Services" on the "City Services" page, and click the "All" arrow on the right to display all services.

4. Slide the page to the bottom, find "Report Bad Network Information" in "Convenience Service", and click Open.

5. Select "Report Spam SMS" in "Convenience Service".

6. In order to prevent the reporting function from being abused maliciously, you need to verify the mobile phone number first, fill in the number harassed by spam messages in "Your mobile phone number", and click "Send" to obtain the verification code.

7. After the mobile phone receives the verification code, fill in the verification code, then fill in the report content, fill in the number of spam messages as "sender number", and then copy and paste the message content into the text box below. Please note that the text of the message should be completely copied. Don't change the text at will. If multiple emails are sent from the same number, please click the button below to add a report.

8. After filling in the above contents, clicking "Report" will display "Report Accepted Successfully", and the report number can be used as the basis for querying the progress and results of report processing.
