First shot: students, residents and employees of Yantai High-tech Zone ≥3 years old;

IV. Notes:

1. Bring your ID card, mobile phone and other items, wear a mask throughout the process, and do not vaccinate on an empty stomach. It is recommended to wear loose-fitting clothing that is easy to put on and take off. People aged 3 to 11 years old also need to bring their vaccination certificates. In particular, they need to pay attention to keeping at least 14 days between vaccinations with other vaccines.

2. Wear masks, one-meter noodles and other personal protection throughout the entire process. Prevent children from being hungry or tired before vaccination, and remind children to wear loose clothes on the day to facilitate vaccination. Truthfully inform the vaccination doctor about the recipient's health status and vaccination contraindications. Vaccination can only be done after the doctor's evaluation and the guardian's signed informed consent. If the guardian cannot be present when a minor is vaccinated, the guardian can entrust another adult to accompany him and submit a power of attorney and informed consent signed by the guardian.

3. Line up in an orderly manner according to the signs and keep a distance of more than one meter. Take the initiative to provide your health status to the doctor and fill in the informed consent form truthfully. Those who have received the second and third doses need to present the health code or vaccination certificate for the first and second doses.

4. After vaccination, you need to stay at the vaccination site for 30 minutes. You can only leave the vaccination site if you have no symptoms of discomfort. Guardians of people aged 3 to 11 years old must conduct health observation of vaccinated children for no less than 24 hours.

5. Keep the injection site dry on the day of vaccination and pay attention to personal hygiene. If symptoms such as persistent fever occur, you should seek medical treatment promptly and report to the vaccination unit or district CDC. Eat a light diet, rest well, and avoid excessive exercise and fatigue within 1 week.
