How to check the credit card limit

1. Telephone inquiry: The cardholder can inquire about the personal credit limit by calling the customer service phone of the bank and providing him with his identity information and the information he holds.

2. Online or mobile banking inquiry: Cardholders need to log in to the bank official website and enter their own identity information to inquire about personal credit limit.

3. Counter inquiry: the cardholder carries his ID card and bank card to the counter of any branch of the bank where he is located for inquiry.

2. The inquiry steps of mobile banking are as follows (taking China Merchants Bank as an example):

1. On the mobile phone desktop, find the client of China Merchants Bank and click Enter.

2. Click Register or Login. If you forget your account, you need to get your password back. If you have not forgotten, you can log in normally.

3. After logging in successfully, click My Options in the lower right corner.

4. Then click the location in the figure below-Bank Credit, so that you can see the complete loan information.

5. In the new page, you can see the total personal credit of users.
