The electric power bureau didn't receive the electricity bill text message.

Pay the electricity bill with AliPay. Alipay showed that the payment was successful, but the power bureau did not receive it because it needed a systematic feedback to reflect the time. If there is no way to pay, it will be received immediately, and it will take some time to receive it after it is successfully processed.

Alipay pays the electricity fee as follows:

1. Log in to Alipay account and click Application Center-Payment-Water, Electricity and Coal Payment;

2. New users: select the city and payment type (water fee, electricity fee and gas fee).

Tip: If you are an old user, the page will only be the previous payment information directly, and you can click the query bill to pay;

3. Fill in the payment information: charging unit, account number/barcode, and check whether the reminder date and payment reminder settings (reminder method: SMS, Want Want, email) are set to remind users to pay on the reminder date.

5. If the existing bill can be paid, click Pay; ?

6. Enter Alipay cashier and click to confirm payment;

7. Payment succeeded (real-time write-off, indicating success; For non-real-time, the progress will be displayed.
