When you are a good friend of Fetion, the default setting is to disclose your mobile phone number to the other party. If you don't want the other person to see your name, you can right-click your friend's avatar and remove the √ before "reveal your mobile phone number to the other person". In this way, after receiving the short message, the other party will only display your screen name, and your name will not appear.
