You can't receive text messages from the same Apple account.

You have enabled imessage, so the text message is not sent to your mobile phone number, but to your apple ID. Apparently, someone used the same apple ID as you.

Remove the corresponding associated account in the settings, so that your previous mobile phone number will not be displayed.
