5. Once the online application is approved and the certificate is obtained, regardless of whether the applicant uses the certificate, the applicant must pay the certificate fee according to the regulations; Those who refuse to pay the fee shall be dealt with by the exit-entry administration department of public security as appropriate.

6. Staff of state organs, leaders of state-owned enterprises and staff of banks, finance and other departments who have been notified by the public security department to leave the country for the record shall submit written opinions issued by the work unit according to the personnel management authority when obtaining the certificate, and the place, frequency and time limit for applying for endorsement of Hong Kong and Macao shall be consistent with the written opinions issued by the unit.

7. There shall be no valid endorsement of the same destination twice or more on the travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao.

8. The validity period of the application endorsement cannot exceed the validity period of the Hong Kong and Macao Pass, and the application time should be reserved for 20 days; Otherwise, the public security department will not accept it. For example, if you apply for a Hong Kong endorsement with a validity period of 1 year, please ensure that your passport is valid for more than 1 year and 20 days.

9. Please don't apply online if the endorsement page of your Hong Kong and Macao Pass is less than 2 pages. You must apply for a new pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao directly in the accreditation hall of the exit-entry administration department of public security.

10. If your passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao has not been endorsed recently in the accreditation hall of the exit-entry administration department of the public security where your household registration is located, please go directly to the accreditation hall of the exit-entry administration department of the public security where your household registration is located and apply online.
