Shenzhen social security online payment process

1. Log on to the social security website → click "Online Registration of Newly Insured Enterprises" → enter relevant registration information as required, and print the Registration Form of Shenzhen Enterprises Participating in Social Insurance.

2. Submit the registration form and handling materials to the collection window of the social security agency in the jurisdiction where the enterprise is located within 15 working days (excluding that day) from the date of successful online declaration.

If it is not done within the time limit, the information declared online will automatically become invalid, and the enterprise needs to declare again.

Employees:

1. Go to Shenzhen Labor and Social Security Bureau where the company is located for filing and get the company number;

2. New employees join the club and sign formal labor contracts with employees;

3. According to the different identities of employees (local town, local village, foreign town, foreign village, etc.). ), prepare the materials needed to sign the contract, such as employment certificate, unemployment certificate, employment manual, etc. Some cities don't need these materials. 4. Bring the above materials, filing roster, employment registration form and labor contract to the labor department for filing;

5. Social security filing;

For the above two procedures, some cities can directly log on to the website of Shenzhen Labor Bureau, and enterprises can register themselves.

6. Generally, starting from the next month, pay the insurance of last month and the month of deduction;

7. In the next natural month after the successful payment, apply for a social security card at Shenzhen Social Security Office, and the enrollment is completed.
