First, right-click the computer's Network Neighborhood and select Properties.

1) Select the Network Connection window of the wireless network card to be set, right-click the wireless network card to be used for * * *, and select Properties to open a new window.

In the pop-up window, set the TCP/IP properties of the wireless network card of the notebook computer (or desktop computer). 5) In the "Connection" tab, you only need to configure whether the computer is allowed to connect automatically when the configured wireless network is in the effective area, which is very simple and will not be described in detail. When the configuration is complete, click OK to return to the dialog box shown in (step 1).

6) Click the "Advanced" button in the dialog box shown in (step 1) to open the dialog box shown below.

To specify the type of wireless network the client connects to in this dialog box, change "Any available network" to "Computer-to-computer only" and turn off the "Automatically connect to non-preferred networks" option. When finished, click OK to return to the dialog box shown in (step 1).

7) On another laptop, right-click the wireless network connection status indicator icon on the right side of the taskbar again. At this time, you can find that there is also a logo we set in the pop-up "Connect to Wireless Network" dialog box. In this article, it is a wireless network available for "grfwgz", select it and tick "√" before the option "Allow me to connect to the selected wireless network, even if it is not secure", and then click.
