The latest epidemic prevention regulations in Xining are as follows:

1. Persons returning to Xining from medium- and high-risk (areas): must undergo 14 days of medical observation after landing. For those returning to Ningxia from areas where the domestic epidemic has occurred, "test on arrival" will be implemented. They must hold a valid negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and a "double green code", and actively report to the community (village) and unit where they are located.

Those who do not hold a negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test but hold a "double green code" must carry out a nucleic acid test at the nearest place as soon as possible, and should self-observe their health for 14 days before going to Xining City. The nucleic acid testing agency will conduct another nucleic acid test.

2. People who come to Ningxia from low-risk (areas) and return to Ningxia: if they have a fixed residence in Xining, they need to bring a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours. The itinerary code and Xinkang code are both green codes, and the temperature is normal. Entering Xining, you need to report to the community where you live and take another nucleic acid test after returning to Xining; if you do not have a fixed residence in Xining, you need to be quarantined for 14 days.

3. People who come to Ningbo from other cities, prefectures and counties and return to Ningbo: they need to bring a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours, the itinerary code and Xinkang code are both green codes, the body temperature is normal, and they need to go to the place of residence after coming to Ningbo. Community reporting.

4. People coming to Qinghai and returning to Qinghai who have a history of traveling to non-medium and high-risk areas where the domestic epidemic occurred in the past 14 days: are required to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Those who cannot provide a nucleic acid test report should submit a nucleic acid test report within 24 hours. A nucleic acid test must be completed at the nearest location within the city. Those with negative nucleic acid test results shall be included in community management, and health monitoring shall be carried out as required until 14 days have passed since they left the place where the epidemic occurred.

5. Persons traveling from Xining to prefectures and counties: they need to bring a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours, the itinerary code and Xinkang code are both green codes, and they can leave the city only if their body temperature is normal. If a person coming to Ningxia cannot provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours, he will be advised to return.

6. For those who come to Ningxia from abroad and have been quarantined for 14 days at the first point of entry: implement the control measures of "7 days of centralized quarantine + 2 nucleic acid tests".
