Apple's mobile phone keeps displaying unread text messages, but it can't be found. What should I do?

After upgrading iOS 14, many iPhone users report that they often fail to receive information, and there is no red dot on the information application to indicate unread communication. What's going on here?

Turn off the mute of unknown calls.

Screen unknown incoming calls on iOS 13 and above: you can screen phone numbers that have never been contacted and are not stored in the contact list. But delivery and take-out may be wrong.

Go to phone settings-phone-mute unknown calls and turn them off.

Mute key off

Click the small button on the top left of the mobile phone, ① Push it to the right, and use the ring mode to receive incoming calls and notifications. (2) Slightly move to the left to display orange, and use mute mode, without sound and notification prompt.

Turn off silent mode vibration

The mobile phone is in silent mode, and there is no vibration prompt when there is an incoming call or notification.

Enter phone settings-sound and touch-turn off silent mode vibration.

Check whether the application notification is turned on.

I didn't receive the message prompt, maybe the push notification of the message was turned off.

Go to Settings-Notifications-Information on your phone, which will allow you to open notifications.

You can open a specific APP, taking WeChat as an example.

Enter the settings of the mobile phone-WeChat-Notifications-Allow to open notifications.

Set implicit push

Under implicit push, the notification center will display the mobile phone, but no prompt will appear.
