How does Alipay prohibit others from sending me messages?

The operation of this software to prohibit others from sending messages to themselves is as follows:

Tools: mobile phone, Alipay.

1. Open Alipay App and log in to your account.

2. Find "My" in the navigation bar at the bottom of the homepage, and click to enter "Personal Center".

3. On the "Personal Center" page, find the "Settings" option and click to enter the "Settings" page.

4. On the "Settings" page, find the "Message Notification" option and click to enter the "Message Notification" setting page.

5. On the "Message Notification" setting page, you can see options such as Do Not Disturb Mode and Do Not Disturb Chat. Click to enter "Settings Details".

6. On the Settings Details page, you can choose to block messages from specific people or groups. Click to enter the block list, and then click the Add button.

7. Enter the name of the person or group to be blocked in the pop-up dialog box, and select the corresponding options, such as blocking messages, blocking reminders, etc. When you are finished, click OK.
