How to cancel the SMS service fee of CCB card

If you want to cancel the SMS service fee of CCB card.

You can do this in the following ways:

1. Log in to online banking or mobile banking of CCB, enter the "My Account" or "Settings" function, find the "SMS Service" option, and stop or cancel the operation.

2. Call the customer service number of CCB (95533) and press the voice prompt to choose to cancel the SMS service.

3. Submit an application to cancel the SMS service fee at CCB bank outlets or counters. It should be noted that canceling the SMS service does not mean automatically canceling the SMS notification in the account. You need to turn off SMS notification in your account and set it accordingly.
