Therefore, it is an important duty of party committees, governments and departments at all levels to take effective measures to make up for the shortcomings and ensure that disabled people and healthy people move towards a well-off society together. Carefully organizing the National Day for Helping the Disabled is of great significance to vigorously carry forward humanitarian ideas in the whole society and form a good social fashion for helping the disabled.

Disabled children are a special and difficult group. 3, local health and family planning departments should give full play to the advantages of departments and systems, establish and improve the convergence mechanism of screening, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of disabled children aged 0-6, especially the children's mental health service system, continue to strengthen the training of health professional and technical personnel, and promote early diagnosis and early intervention of disabled children.

4. Local civil affairs departments should actively study policies and measures to improve the living standards of disabled children and their families, actively promote the implementation of the living allowance system for disabled people with difficulties and the nursing allowance system for severely disabled children in disabled children's families, support the development of private rehabilitation education institutions for disabled children, especially community-based family rehabilitation, and provide policy support for social organizations to play a role in the field of rehabilitation education for autistic children.

5. Local human resources and social security departments should study and formulate measures to improve the employability of older autistic groups. 6. Local education departments and schools at all levels should strengthen special education for children with disabilities, encourage all localities to rely on existing education and teaching resources to receive children with disabilities, ensure school-age children with disabilities to enter school, set up separate courses for autistic children, increase content, train special special education teachers, and help autistic children receive education.

7. Women's federations at all levels should provide online consultation, counseling lectures and psychological consultation for parents of disabled children, and at the same time, carry out publicity and education activities on autism knowledge for the public, and publicize scientific conservation methods for autistic children.

8.
