The 12306 information cannot be verified when the mobile phone number is empty.

There are currently three methods for 12306 verification:

1) SMS verification. This method requires that the SMS function of the mobile phone number is normal and the number is valid before the message can be received. If the SMS function is turned off, double payment is suspended, the message is intercepted or the number is invalid, you will not be able to receive the verification SMS and cannot perform this type of authentication. An empty number means that the number has expired, that is, it does not exist. This type of number can no longer enjoy the functions or services provided by the operator, the base station signal cannot be recognized, and SMS messages cannot be received, so it cannot be verified.

2) PC web page verification. This method requires logging into the 12306 official website, registering and logging in, and then verifying the valid real-name ID information. After successfully logging in, move the mouse to "My 12306", select "Frequently Used Contacts", and then enter the ID number into the interface. If the information is correct, a prompt will pop up and you can purchase tickets. If the information is incorrect, the contact's identity information will be displayed in gray and the ticket purchase interface cannot be checked.

3) If neither of the above two methods is successful, and you can provide the original valid ID card, you can take the original second-generation ID card to the station window or sales point for verification.

Warm reminder:

1) Virtual numbers and some specific numbers may not be recognized by the system and cannot be authenticated by SMS, such as 170 numbers, special operator numbers, such as wireless fixed lines (That is, a landline extension, which displays a mobile phone number but is actually a landline, without SMS function);

2) The validity time of SMS verification is generally 5 minutes. Please enter it as soon as possible during verification. If it exceeds the time, you need to receive it again. Authentication;

3) The mobile phone number must be used by yourself. If you borrow a mobile phone number for authentication, you still need to authenticate the number even if you successfully apply for it later. It is very troublesome to apply for unbinding.

4) An empty mobile phone number cannot perform all services, including text messages, phone calls, and Internet access. Please do not use an empty number to perform various business transactions.
