Method 2: Self-service activation: Please download and install the Agricultural Bank of China Mobile Banking APP, and select "Register" on the login page to activate. The steps are as follows:

(1) Open the personal mobile banking login page, click "Register", enter the quick registration page, enter the mobile phone number and registered card number reserved for card opening, obtain and correctly enter the SMS verification code, Check "Have read and agreed to the "Online Financial Personal Customer Service Agreement"" and click "Next", as shown in the figure below:

(2) Enter the registration confirmation page, select the certificate type, and enter Payment password (if the registered account is a credit card, the validity period and CVV2 code need to be verified) and ID number, click "Next", as shown below:
