How to let children use mobile phones

Dear Gregory:

Now you are proud to have a mobile phone. You did a good job. You are a responsible 13-year-old boy, and you deserve this job. But at the same time, you have to abide by some rules and regulations.

Cell phones can't be taken to school. You should learn to chat face to face with people who contact by SMS, because this is a life skill. If you only attend class for half a day, go out to visit and study, and have extracurricular activities, you can consider it separately.

The sixth point

If the mobile phone falls into the toilet, falls to the ground or disappears, you have to bear the cost of replacing parts or be responsible for maintenance. You can do housework, save some pocket money or save some birthday presents. Such a thing is bound to happen, so you should be prepared.
