(2) During 9:00- 17:00 on working days, it is necessary to abide by the city's tail number restriction regulations, which are the same as those of Beijing license plate vehicles, and the restrictions are on the main roads, auxiliary roads and roads within the Fifth Ring Road.

(3) Chang 'an Street and the extension line from Xinxing Bridge (excluding) to Guo Mao Bridge (excluding), the east side road of the square, the west side road of the square, Beichizi Street, Wang Hongbin Street, Beihe Street, Nanhe Street, Fu You Street, Beichang Street, Nanchang Street, People's Hall West Road, Zhengyi Road and Taiji Factory Street are closed from 6: 00 to 22: 00 every day.

(4) From 6: 00 to 22: 00 every day, passenger cars with licenses (including temporary licenses) from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government are prohibited.
