Object of declaration

According to the detailed rules for implementation, the housing subsidies for young talents are for enterprises within the administrative area of our city (excluding central enterprises and provincial state-owned enterprises, which are implemented by the municipal cooperative units according to relevant regulations), who have worked and moved into the household registration after July 30, 2002/kloc-0 (including July 30), continue to participate in social insurance according to law, have no self-owned housing in Wuhu, have a master's degree under the age of 35, and have a full-time undergraduate degree within three years of graduation.

Specific declaration conditions

1. The applicant has signed a labor contract with our company for not less than 1 year;

2. Pay the endowment insurance for employees in our city as required;

3. Purchase the first set of ordinary commodity housing (including second-hand housing) in urban areas (Jinghu District, Jiujiang District, Yijiang District, Jiangbei Emerging Industry Concentration Zone in John Wan, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Sanshan Economic Development Zone), and sign the purchase contract after July 30th, 20021year (the registration date of the certificate of immovable property rights shall prevail for second-hand housing).

The specific support policies are as follows

1. grant housing subsidies. Maximum purchase price subsidy 10%. The first subsidy is 3% of the purchase price, which will be distributed evenly in three years, and the rest of the purchase price subsidies will be distributed year by year according to the local retained part of the individual tax paid by the applicant in the previous year.

2. The house purchase subsidy shall be calculated from the date when the subsidy is approved for the first time, and the cumulative payment period shall not exceed 10 year.

How to apply?

After the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued the declaration notice on Wuhu talent integration comprehensive service platform, the applicant's enterprise reported to the Municipal Talent Development Group or Wuhu talent integration comprehensive service platform in March, June, September and June, and provided the ID card, household registration book, house purchase contract, property title certificate, education certificate and social insurance payment.
