The usage rules, issuance scale, issuance time and other information of Yantai's "Happy China Year 2023 Huimin Shopping Vouchers" are announced.

This time the consumption vouchers will be allocated 8 million yuan from the 2022 provincial consumption voucher reward funds and 2 million yuan from the retail sales rewards of limited enterprises, for a total of 10 million yuan.

The face value of consumption coupons is divided into 50 yuan and 100 yuan. A total of 100,000 RMB 50 coupons can be used for a single purchase of RMB 300; a RMB 100 coupon can be used for a single purchase of RMB 500, a total of 50,000 coupons.

Huimin Shopping Vouchers will be issued in four rounds:

The first round: will begin at 18:00 on January 16, 2023, with a consumption voucher fund of 4 million yuan, 50 The amount of coupons and 100-yuan coupons is distributed according to a 1:1 ratio. Among them, 40,000 coupons with a discount of 50 yuan for a purchase of 300 yuan are issued, with an amount of 2 million yuan; 20,000 coupons with a discount of 100 yuan for 500 yuan are issued, with an amount of 2 million yuan. The consumption coupon is valid until 24:00 on January 20, 2023.

Second round: Distribution will begin at 18:00 on January 21, 2023. The amount of consumer coupons issued will be 4 million yuan. The amount of 50 yuan coupons and 100 yuan coupons will be distributed in a 1:1 ratio, of which 300 yuan will be issued. 40,000 coupons worth 50 yuan off, amounting to 2 million yuan; 20,000 coupons worth 100 yuan off 500 yuan, amounting to 2 million yuan were issued. This round of consumer coupons is valid until 24:00 on January 31, 2023.

The third round: Distribution will begin at 18:00 on February 1, 2023. The amount of consumer coupons issued will be 1 million yuan. The amount of 50 yuan coupons and 100 yuan coupons will be distributed in a 1:1 ratio, of which 300 yuan will be issued. 10,000 50-yuan coupons will be issued, with an amount of 500,000 yuan; 5,000 100-yuan coupons will be issued, with an amount of 500,000 yuan; plus the remaining funds from the first round, this round of consumption coupons will be valid until 24:00 on February 7, 2023 .

The fourth round: Distribution will begin at 18:00 on February 8, 2023. The consumption voucher fund will be 1 million yuan. The amount of 50 yuan coupons and 100 yuan coupons will be distributed in a 1:1 ratio, of which 300 yuan will be distributed. 10,000 coupons worth 50 yuan off, with an amount of 500,000 yuan; 5,000 coupons worth 100 yuan worth 500 yuan, worth 500,000 yuan; plus the remaining funds from the second round, this round of consumption coupons will be valid until 24:00 on February 14, 2023 .

To receive Huimin shopping coupons, users need to download the UnionPay APP, register with their real name and bind a UnionPay physical card with a card number starting with 62 to receive it. When participating in the event, you need to turn on the mobile phone location and allow the UnionPay APP to access the mobile phone location. The APP needs to be updated to the latest version. Users log in to the homepage of the "Union QuickPass APP" - "Local Area" - "Government Vouchers" - "Yantai Huimin Shopping Vouchers", click on the event page to receive the vouchers, first come first in each issue, while supplies last . The same user can only receive and write off one coupon per round of activity. If it is not written off within the validity period, the consumption coupon will be automatically withdrawn and will not be reissued.

Anyone who meets any of the conditions, such as the same device, the same registered mobile phone number, the same bank card reserved mobile phone number, the same bank physical card number, the same ID number or the same APP account, will be regarded as the same user.
