Mobile phone dual card, card 1 Why can't I send a short message?

If the dual-card mobile phone card 1 (or card 2) cannot send short messages, we suggest that you:

1. It may be a network signal problem: check whether the call is normal; Or try to change the location with a better signal.

2. Try to re-enter the SMS center number: Information-More (menu key)-Settings-(SMS) Information center number (Note: please contact the local network operator for the information center number, and the telecom card has no information center number set).

3. If you still can't send SMS, try to turn it off and restart.

4. Swap the SIM cards in 1/ card 2 to eliminate the problem of whether they are SIM cards.

5. Check whether the mobile phone has a system update push. If so, please upgrade your phone to the latest version and try again. Operation: Settings-About the device-Software update (system update)-Update (please back up the data in the device before upgrading).

6 If not, please back up the data (contacts, short messages, multimedia information, etc. ) and try to restore the phone to the factory settings.

If the problem still appears after the above operation, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung service center for inspection.
