Appointment process:

1. Go to the homepage of Healthy Taizhou APP, and click make an appointment to register.

2. Search the community service center of Taiping Street in Wenling City and choose to make an appointment for vaccination.

3. Choose the inoculation time to make an appointment.

Precautions:

1. Booking in "Healthy Taizhou" requires citizen card number or health card number. If your child does not have the above two cards, you can make an appointment as a parent.

2. Please select the appointment date according to the date printed on the Vaccination Appointment Page by the vaccination clinic.

3. Vaccinate BCG, please make an appointment every Tuesday and Thursday morning, and do not arrange vaccination at other times; Except for BCG, other vaccines can be reserved from Monday to Friday morning.

4. After confirming the reservation, you will receive the reservation information. Go to the clinic on the first floor of Taiping Street Community Health Service Center for pre-examination by SMS 15 minutes in advance, and then go to the second floor of Building 2 for on-site vaccination.

Note: Remember to bring your citizen card or health certificate when making an appointment.

Parents should pay attention to vaccination:

Healthy Taizhou needs a citizen card or a health card to make an appointment. Please take this card with you when you see a doctor.

1. If your child does not have the above two cards, you can make an appointment as a parent.

2. If you are a foreign population and have not applied for a health card, please go to the self-service machine at the entrance of the first floor in advance to bind your ID card and apply for a health card.

3. Parents and friends who have no appointment should not go to the vaccination clinic by themselves, and the staff will not receive it.

Apply for health code:

1 In principle, children can only be accompanied by 1 parents to the vaccination clinic. Before vaccination, parents need to apply for Taizhou health code by themselves through designated online platforms such as Alipay and Nail, and children's health code can be collected by parents on their behalf. Those who get the "green code" can go to the vaccination clinic, while those who hold the "yellow code" and "red team" can't go to the vaccination clinic until the "health code" turns green.

Temperature measurement:

Before going to the vaccination clinic, children and parents should monitor their health by themselves. If they have symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue, they should inform the vaccination clinic and postpone the vaccination. Children and their parents should actively cooperate with the vaccination clinic staff to carry out screening work such as temperature measurement and health status inquiry before entering the vaccination clinic. People with fever, cough and other symptoms or without personal protection are not allowed to enter.

Transportation:

Parents should arrange the travel arrival time reasonably, try to reduce the waiting time at the scene, try not to take crowded public transport if possible, and reduce the close contact with the crowd.

Wear a mask:

Every child and parent must consciously wear a mask without a ventilation valve when entering the vaccination clinic. Babies who can't wear masks should try to reduce the chances of close contact with others. Attention should be paid to keeping a safe distance of 1 m or more from other children and parents in all aspects of vaccination.

Observation after inoculation:

Children should be observed in the vaccination clinic for 30 minutes after vaccination and leave without discomfort. Pay close attention to the child's physical condition after returning home from vaccination. If there is fever and local redness after vaccination, it can generally be relieved by itself without special treatment; If you have other discomfort, you can contact the vaccination clinic in time and seek medical treatment if necessary.

Other matters:

1. Anyone who is suspected or diagnosed with pneumonia in novel coronavirus and has been isolated at home for less than 14 days will not be vaccinated by appointment.

2. Please bring all relevant materials for inoculation on the day of inoculation, so as to avoid the influence of uneven materials on inoculation.
