What is a notice of assignment of creditor's rights?

Legal analysis: The notice of creditor's rights transfer shall include the following contents:

1. transferor information;

2. The transfer agreement reached by the original creditor;

3. Information of the transferee;

4. The content, time and method of transfer;

6. Signature and seal of the transferor and the date of signing.

Legal basis: Article 469 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC). The parties may conclude a contract in writing, orally or in other forms.
