1. Promote local celebrations. During the Spring Festival, the general public is requested not to leave the fish unless necessary, not to return to their hometowns unless necessary, and to stay in the local area to celebrate the festival.

2. Reduce the gathering of people. It is advocated to "delay happy events, keep funerals simple, and not hold banquets", reduce the scale and frequency of rural markets and temple fairs, and strictly control the flow of people participating in markets and temple fairs. Try not to visit relatives and friends, have family gatherings, get together in large groups, etc. It is recommended to convey New Year greetings and New Year blessings through WeChat videos, text messages, phone greetings and other online methods.

3. Take personal protection. Pay timely attention to the epidemic information released by local official authoritative media, strengthen self-health monitoring, and strictly implement personal protection measures such as "wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, and gathering less". Once symptoms such as fever, dry cough, and fatigue occur, go to the fever clinic of a medical institution immediately and try to avoid taking public transportation on the way.

4. Comply with prevention and control regulations. Strictly restrict travel to medium- and high-risk areas and counties where medium- and high-risk areas are located; personnel in high-risk positions should avoid traveling as much as possible. Those who really need to travel must be away from work for more than 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and be in The unit where they work must report; patients with fever, people with "red and yellow health codes" and other personnel must fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid testing and other epidemic prevention and control measures, and do not travel until the risk of infection is eliminated.

Persons from counties where medium- and high-risk areas are located in the country should postpone coming to fish. Those who really need to come to fish should take the initiative to report to the destination community or hotel and unit 3 days in advance. They must keep the nucleic acid test within 48 hours. Proof of negative test, 7-day centralized quarantine and 7-day home health monitoring after arrival, announcement of those who have arrived in medium and high-risk areas within 14 days, health management will be implemented until 14 days after arrival, and within the first 3 days after follow-up Take 2 nucleic acid tests and do not go out or gather unless necessary after returning home.

People from other counties in cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located should not come to fish unless necessary. If they really need to come to fish, they must take the initiative to report to the destination community or hotel and unit three days in advance, and With proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, a nucleic acid test will be conducted as soon as possible upon arrival. Persons who have arrived in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days before the announcement are required to undergo two nucleic acid tests. After returning home, they will not go out or gather unless necessary.

People who enter and return fish from low-risk areas in China should go directly to the nearest nucleic acid testing sampling point for a free nucleic acid test after arriving.

5. Take the initiative to get vaccinated. The general public is requested to complete the full course of COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible, and people over the age of 18 who meet the conditions for enhanced immunization should immediately undergo enhanced immunization. Citizens who have been fully vaccinated should still not relax their vigilance. They still need to strictly abide by epidemic prevention regulations and insist on personal protection.

According to relevant legal provisions, those who deliberately conceal their travel history and contact history in medium- and high-risk areas and places where the epidemic occurred, and refuse to cooperate in the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
