How to use QQ Synchronization Assistant to back up and restore the address book?

1. On the computer, open a browser, search for "QQ Synchronization Assistant" with Baidu, open the QQ Synchronization Assistant website, click "Download", and then download according to the situation in the opened page.

2. On the mobile phone (taking Android phone as an example), open the interface shown in the figure below and click "Download".

3. After the download is completed, you can install it directly.

4. Back up the mobile phone address book to the network: Open the QQ synchronization assistant on the mobile phone and click "Back up to the network" in "Address Book Synchronization" to back up the mobile phone address book to the network.

5. Restore the address book from the network to the mobile phone: Open the QQ synchronization assistant on the mobile phone that needs to restore the address book from the network (if it is not installed, you need to download and install it), and click "Restore to this machine" in "Address book synchronization" to restore the address book from the network to the mobile phone.

6. Description: Editing address book on mobile phone is a bit slow. You can back up your phone address book to the network, and then log in to QQ Synchronization Assistant on your computer to edit the address book. After editing, restore the address book from the network to the mobile phone.
