What should I do if the first construction audit fails?

There are generally two reasons for the failure of the first construction audit. First, the submitted materials are incomplete, and candidates can consult local test sites to complete the application materials; Second, the application conditions do not meet the requirements. In this case, candidates are not allowed to take the exam. Candidates are advised to sign up for the exam after meeting the registration requirements.

In some areas, candidates who pass the exam will be audited on the spot after the exam. If they pass, they will obtain the first-class constructor qualification certificate, and if they fail, their grades will be cancelled.

Judging from the requirements and policies of the first-class construction engineer, people who have not reached the work experience cannot take the first-class construction engineer qualification examination, which is a hard rule and cannot be changed.

Those who participate in the first-class construction engineer registration by other means will not be able to register normally after passing the examination. Therefore, it is correct to take the first-class constructor qualification examination according to the requirements of constructor registration.

Twelfth construction enterprises, survey units, design units and engineering supervision units engaged in construction activities in People's Republic of China (PRC) shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Its registered capital meets the requirements of the state;

(2) Having professional and technical personnel with legal practice qualifications suitable for the construction activities they are engaged in;

(3) Having the necessary technical equipment to engage in relevant construction activities;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
