The national unified examination subject is set as "3+ liberal arts comprehensive/science comprehensive", in which "3" refers to Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages, mathematics adopts the form of joint examination of arts and sciences, and foreign language listening scores (out of 30) are included in the total foreign language score; "Liberal arts synthesis" refers to the synthesis of thought, politics, history and geography, while "science synthesis" refers to the synthesis of physics, chemistry and biology.

The full marks of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are all 150, and the full marks of liberal arts/science are 300, with a total score of 750. The examination questions of the above subjects are uniformly organized by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, and the propositions are based on the 20 19 National Unified Examination Outline for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the 20 19 National Unified Examination Outline for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education.

Candidates can check the results of the college entrance examination through the website, WeChat and SMS. The list of the top 10,000 candidates with single subject scores in the province is expected to be announced in Hunan Admissions Examination Information Port on June 27th.
