2022 Shaoxing Shangyu Campus Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures Notice

Recently, the epidemic has spread at many points in China and the province, and the situation of campus epidemic prevention and control is severe and complex. In order to ensure campus safety and the health of teachers and students, according to the latest instructions from the Shaoxing Municipal Education Bureau’s Epidemic Prevention and Control Office, the instructions for the comprehensive and strict implementation of campus epidemic prevention and control measures in our district are as follows:

1. All teachers and students Don't leave Shao unless necessary. Those who really need to leave Shaoxing must strictly implement the approval procedures and take personal protection throughout the process. In principle, they should not take public transportation or go to districts and cities located in high-risk areas for the epidemic. If teachers, students and employees living with family members need to go out of the city, they should be reminded to take personal protection throughout the process, proactively report to their units, communities, etc., and implement health management measures as required. In the near future, teachers, students and employees must actively cooperate in health planning work.

2. Teachers and students returning from Shaoxing City should make declarations and nucleic acid tests. Students must complete the "platform" application as soon as possible, and must take the initiative to go to the voluntary inspection point for two nucleic acid tests on the 1st and 4th day. They are allowed to return to school with the negative certificate of the first nucleic acid test. Teachers, students and employees who have come into contact with those who are quarantined or under home observation should return to school with a negative nucleic acid test certificate.

3. Each school shall strictly implement the "daily reporting, zero reporting" system. In the event of special circumstances such as close contact, sub-close contact, abnormal health code itinerary cards, abnormal nucleic acid test results, etc., teachers and students must report to the local township, district education and sports bureau’s special epidemic prevention class as soon as possible.

4. In accordance with the principle of “no non-essential meetings, no online meetings but no offline meetings”, strictly control the number and scale of conferences and activities attended by people outside the school. Meetings and activities with 50 or more people and involving outsiders must be held, and must be strictly reviewed and approved. At the same time, the epidemic prevention and control work plan is scientifically formulated and strictly implemented. People who have lived in districts and cities in medium- and high-risk areas in the past 14 days will not be invited to participate in the meeting. Participants are required to have their temperature taken, show their code, and wear masks throughout the process.

5. The school continues to implement closed management and strictly guard the "small door". Effectively implement the prevention of multiple diseases and the prevention of people, objects and the environment, prevent and control common infectious diseases in spring, and do a good job in environmental disinfection, ventilation and other tasks in schools. It is strictly enforced that express delivery and takeaway food are not allowed into the school. Teachers, students and employees will disinfect the outer packaging of express delivery received by individuals in accordance with regulations. Among them, teachers and students who have recently come into contact with packages with risk warnings from the Yuhang Express Transfer Station must undergo two nucleic acid tests and return to school with two negative nucleic acid test certificates. And do another nucleic acid test on the 7th day.

6. Off-campus training institutions, sports venues, etc. must also strictly guard the "small gates" as required, and regularly carry out nucleic acid testing of key personnel and daily environmental disinfection.
