Why can't I make a phone call or send a message after paying the fee?

If it can't be used after recharging, you can go to China Unicom APP- My-My Order-Pay Order to check the order status:

1. If the status shows that the recharge failed, it may be caused by a system failure, and the deduction will be returned to the payment account, so you can pay attention to the account information and recharge;

2. The status shows that the recharge was successful. Generally, the call charges are delayed because the system is busy. It is recommended to wait and pay attention to the arrival within 24 hours.

3. Under normal circumstances, there will be a slight delay in recharging the account through third-party channels (non-Unicom's own channels, such as Alipay). Please be patient.

Tips: Please pay attention to the account within 24 hours after successful recharge. You can try to restart your phone and try again. If it doesn't arrive within 24 hours, if you pay through third-party payment channels such as Alipay, WeChat and Taobao, I suggest you give feedback to third-party companies.
