It is reported that 3000 students from Shangluo College in Shaanxi were given credit cards by Shangluo Branch of Bank of China without my knowledge. After half a year's investigation, Shangluo Supervision Branch of China Banking Regulatory Commission finally punished the bank for violating the rules, and Shangluo Branch of China Bank was initially fined 260,000 yuan.

The Shangluo Supervision Branch of the China Banking Regulatory Commission said that handling credit cards in violation of regulations violated prudent business rules. According to Articles 46 and 48 of the Banking Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, Shangluo Branch of Bank of China was fined 260,000 yuan, ordered to correct the illegal behavior within a time limit, and the relevant responsible persons in this case were given disciplinary sanctions.

It is reported that after the initial fine of 260,000 yuan was imposed on Shangluo Branch of Bank of China, the results of handling the internal violators of Shangluo Branch of Bank of China have not been reported to Shangluo Supervision Branch of China Banking Regulatory Commission.
