Notice of Quanzhou Municipality on Prevention and Control of novel coronavirus Epidemic in emergency headquarters on 24th, 2022.

In order to realize zero elimination of social dynamics as soon as possible, emergency headquarters decided to carry out nucleic acid screening in the following areas on April 7th. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the detection range

From 0: 00 on March 24, positive infected people were found in Ceng Lin Community of Jinlong Street, Hongmei Community of Kaiyuan Street, Heping Community of Lizhong Street and Wubao Community of Linjiang Street in Licheng District; Xun Mei Community, Daitou Community, Dongxing Community, Tonghai Community, Tong Yuan Community, Qiantou Community, Xifu Community, Xiamei Community, Zhuangren Community, Xiahuai Community, Dongtu Community, Qianban Community and Yuanhuai Community in Fengze District, Dengxing Community, Dengzhou Community and Chengzhou Community in Quanxiu Street, Donghu Community in donghu street and Zhaoxian Community in Beifeng Street. Andeng Village, Handai Village, Hengban Village, Bian Xi Village, Huzhong Village, Huatingkou Village, Xiacun Village, Yangdai Village, Hankou Village, Sucuo Village, Haiwei Village, Gongkou Village, Omura Village, Sijing Community, Jiangpu Community, Dongshan Village, Xindian Village, Jinjiang City. The surrounding areas of centralized isolation places in each county shall be subject to the announcement of each county.

According to the epidemic situation of newly found positive infected people in centralized isolation places, counties designate the key areas and key populations where positive infected people were before isolation as the nucleic acid detection areas of the day, and ensure that such populations take nucleic acid samples at home.

It starts at 6 am on April 7, 2022.

Third, the detection object

All personnel within the above-mentioned administrative areas shall be subject to the county announcement.

Fourth, matters needing attention

During the test, residents don't have to move or go out, stay at home, take their mobile phones and ID cards, prepare the "Fujian Health Code" according to the notice of their streets and communities, and collect samples on time and in an orderly manner. Residents without mobile phones can bring their ID cards, and volunteers can help them register.

During the sampling period, please do personal protection, wear a mask all the time, avoid gathering and talking with each other, consciously maintain the order at the scene and prevent cross infection. After the assembly, put on a mask immediately and leave the scene as soon as possible.

In accordance with the requirements of "Community Prevention and Control Plan for COVID-19 Epidemic" and "Guidelines for the Implementation of Regional novel coronavirus Nucleic Acid Detection Organization", all localities set up sampling points reasonably and put them into use after being evaluated by professionals, scientifically determine the route, strengthen on-site organization and management, and implement special guidance, time-sharing and fixed route. People in the closed control area shall be sampled and inspected once or 1 household 1 tube. If a single sample and a single test object are still not positive after several rounds of tests, the mixed sampling of 10 and 1 may be implemented as appropriate; Scientifically subdivide and formulate strict collection methods, and one person, one tube and door-to-door collection must be implemented in high-risk areas; In medium-risk areas, take the unit or community as the grid, do not leave the community, orderly divert people, optimize the setting of collection points, and collect in a small area to avoid getting together; Set up collection points in low-risk areas as required. During the observation at home, the isolated personnel insisted on collecting nucleic acid samples at home.

Please take the initiative to obey the arrangement of the staff and actively cooperate with the sample collection. For those who refuse to cooperate with or support the nucleic acid detection work, disturb the order, conceal, lie or forge information, the public security organs will investigate the corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
