htc mobile phone can receive intercepted text messages, but other messages cannot be received

Failure to receive text messages or verification codes may be caused by the following situations:

1. Check whether the mailbox is full. If so, please delete some information;

2. If you still cannot receive it after deleting it, it is recommended that you change your phone or card to test to see if it is caused by hardware;
