When the corporate customer applies to cancel the corporate SMS service, the following materials are required:

1. The Application Form for Change/Cancellation of Corporate SMS Products of Bank of China Co., Ltd., which is signed by its legal representative/responsible person and stamped with the official seal of the company, and the corresponding options are checked;

2. Power of Attorney (if necessary), with the official seal of the unit and the signature of the legal representative/person in charge;

3. The original and photocopy of the identity documents of the legal representative or the person in charge of the unit and the authorized person.

if the customer account corresponding to the corporate short message service product is cancelled, the corporate short message service product provided by the opening bank will be terminated, and the opening bank shall cancel the customer information in the SMS platform system.
