How to import data from Apple to Android

1. Transfer data from old iPhone to new iPhone

(1) Use the "Quick Start" function

This method requires an iPhone running iOS11 to operate.

After turning on the new phone, put the two phones together, the current device will appear on the "Quick Start" screen, and you can see the option to use the new device with the Apple ID device on the screen. After confirmation, continue the operation to restore the data to the new phone.

(2) Use iCloud backup

① Make sure the phone is connected to WiFi, and then in the "Settings" of the phone, click "Apple ID - iCloud - iCloud Backup" , turn on the iCloud backup function, and then click "Backup Now".

②The next step is to download the data on the iCloud backup to the new phone. If you have already set up a new phone, you need to erase it first. Click "Settings - General - Restore - Erase all content and settings".

③After turning on the phone, proceed down until you see the "Apps and Data" screen, and click "Restore from iCloud Backup".

④ Then log in to your Apple ID and select backup to restore.

(3) Use iTunes backup and restore

① Back up the old device first. Connect your phone to the iTunes software installed on your computer, and then click the "Backup Now" button on the software.

②After completing the backup, you can ensure that the backup is successfully completed in "Preferences - Devices" in iTunes.

③ Next, pick up the new device. If you have operated the device, you still need to erase it. Then turn on the computer and proceed down. Directly see the "Apps and Data" screen, select "iTunes Backup Restore" and wait for the backup to complete.

2. Transfer data from Android to iPhone

In addition to transferring data from iPhone to iPhone, if we need to transfer data from Android phone to iPhone, how should we do it?

Requirements:

iOS9 or higher; iPhone5 or higher; iPad fourth generation or higher; Android version 4.0 or higher.

As long as the above conditions are met, data can be transferred from an Android phone to an iPhone.

① Make sure the WiFi on the Android phone is turned on, then connect both phones to the power supply, and make sure there is enough space on the iPhone to store the data to be transferred.

②When setting up the iOS device, pay attention to the "Apps and Data" screen and click "Transfer Data from Android Device". Of course, if you have set up your phone before, you will need to erase the device and start over.

③On your Android phone, open the "Move to iOS" app, click "Continue", and then click "Next" in the upper right corner of the "Find Code" screen. On your iPhone, tap "Continue" on the "Transfer data from Android device" screen and wait for the ten- or six-digit code.

④Enter the code on the Android phone, wait for the transfer data prompt to appear, then select the data to be transferred on the phone, put the two phones together and wait for the data transfer to complete.

After completing the data transfer, click "Finish" on the Android phone, and then complete the setup on the iPhone phone.
