3. Selection Process

1. Registration method:

1). All members of the 2014 Youth League Committee Student Union will conduct on-site publicity at the Vocational College Stadium on the evening of September 16, 2014, and a registration form will be issued to fill in the registration form.

2). From September 17, 20xx to September 19, 20xx, you can ask for the registration form from the deputy platoon leader of the military training platoon or the person on duty at the military training site to fill in the registration form.

3). Download "Attachment 2: Chenghuan College Youth League Committee Student Union Department Officer Recruitment Form" directly from the college website, print and fill it out.

4). All registration forms will be handed over to the deputy platoon leaders of each platoon within one day on September 19, 20xx, and the deputy platoon leaders will hand them over to the student cadres on duty at the military training site.

2. The interview time and location shall be subject to the specific text message notification received.

3. After the registration and interviews are completed, the ministers of each department will discuss with the presidium, conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the registration form and interview results, determine the final candidates for the officers of each department, and make the announcement public.
