If you are a customer of ICBC's electronic password device, when applying for an electronic password device, the ICBC card under your name will open SMS banking by default. You can directly send a short message in the specified format to 95588 for account information inquiry, transfer and remittance.

If you are a non-ICBC electronic cipher customer, you can open and set SMS passwords through the following four channels for convenience. The specific opening method is as follows:

1. SMS banking channel

Take the query service as an example. You can edit "CXYE# card number" and send it to 95588. According to the prompt, dial 400 1 195588 for identity verification, and set the SMS password according to the SMS reply template. After the setting is successful, you can query.

2. Telephone banking channels

(1) self-service account opening

Enter 95588 telephone banking, select "1- self-service"-"8-customer service settings"-"8-SMS banking management"-"1-self-service SMS banking" and register yourself according to the voice prompts.

(2) Manual seat

After entering the 95588 telephone bank, select the manual service, and the manual service representative can open the SMS bank for the customer.

(3) Online banking channels

Customers who register online banking at the counter log in to online banking, click "SMS Banking"-"Open" in "E-banking Registration-Opening E-banking", and follow the instructions on the page to open it.

(4) Mobile banking channels

After the customer logs into the mobile banking, click "E-banking Registration/Management", then click "SMS Banking"-"Open", and it can be opened according to the page prompts.
